3. For what puprose do we process your personal data?

We publish photos and videos solely for our personal marketing purposes (personal presentation) within the meaning of section 47 of the Preamble of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

4. What is the legal base for processing your personal data?

The legal base for the processing your personal data is your consent to the processing your personal data or more precisely with publishing the photos and videos that you are captured in. However if those photos and videos are considered a work of art your consent is not required under § 78 section 1 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to certain Acts.

5. Time of retention/holding the personal data

Photos and videos that are not considered a work of art are published on the official webpage and on the other websites of the operator mentioned in part 2, until your consent is withdrawn.

6. What are your rights regarding personal data?

You, as a concerned person, have the right at any time to withdraw the consent of publishing the photos and videos that you are captured in.
